Born in 1958, François-Denis Poitrinal founded Windhurst, an industrial holding company, in 2004 with personal and family capital. Since 2008, he has been President of the Clestra Hauserman Group and since 2011, Chairman of Parisot Group’s Supervisory Board. François- Denis Poitrinal is a graduate of the IEP in Paris, of ESSEC and also has an LL.M. from Columbia University Law School, New York. Until 2003, François-Denis Poitrinal was a lawyer with the Paris Court and with the New York bar. Between 2000 and 2003, he was a managing partner of Deloitte & Touche – Legal and Tax (subsequently Taj).
Born in 1960, Thierry Résibois had an industrial career as management before becoming CEO of L’Abeille SA, a bottling company in Cholet, France. He has held and still holds several positions with professional unions (Vice-Chairman of FNB production, a board member of UIMM Alsace and of MEDEF Alsace). From 2000 to 2005, he was an associate in Spain at Remax International. In 2005, he joined Windhurst as CEO of Forget Formation (Mayenne, France) until 2008. Since then, he has been CEO of Clestra Hauserman Group, Board Chairman of Parisot Group and President of Tifany Industries. Thierry Résibois was appointed Advisor for France’s Foreign Trade in 2011. He has a Master’s degree in Economic and Social Administration.
Benjamin Debris Secretary-General, Windhurst Industries
Born in 1980, Benjamin Debris worked in the accounting/audit firm Fidea, then at Areva within the finance department, before joining Windhurst in 2006. Since 2008 he has also served as advisor to the President of Tifany Industries, and since 2009 he has been on the Supervisory Board of b2s. Benjamin Debris graduated from Audencia Nantes.
