François-Denis Poitrinal
Chairman of Windhurst Industries
Born in 1958, François-Denis Poitrinal founded Windhurst, an industrial holding company, in 2004 with personal and family capital. Since 2008, he has been President of the Clestra Hauserman Group and since 2011, Chairman of Parisot Group’s Supervisory Board. François-Denis Poitrinal is a graduate of the IEP in Paris, of ESSEC and also has an LL.M. from Columbia University Law School, New York. Until 2003, François-Denis Poitrinal was a lawyer with the Paris Court and with the New York bar. Between 2000 and 2003, he was a managing partner of Deloitte & Touche – Legal and Tax (subsequently Taj).
Thierry Résibois
Chief Executive Officer of Windhurst Industries
Born in 1960, Thierry Résibois had an industrial career as management before becoming CEO of L’Abeille SA, a bottling company in Cholet, France. He has held and still holds several positions with professional unions (Vice-Chairman of FNB production, a board member of UIMM Alsace and of MEDEF Alsace). From 2000 to 2005, he was an associate in Spain at Remax International. In 2005, he joined Windhurst as CEO of Forget Formation (Mayenne, France) until 2008. Since then, he has been CEO of Clestra Hauserman Group, Board Chairman of Parisot Group and President of Tifany Industries. Thierry Résibois was appointed Advisor for France’s Foreign Trade in 2011. He has a Master’s degree in Economic and Social Administration.
Gérald de Bourmont
Born in 1944, Gérald de Bourmont started his career as an Artillery Officer. Having quickly joined IBM, he directed one of their subsidiaries, before heading up SSII CIRCEA and becoming CEO of COGICED. Managing-associate at Garon-Bonvalot from 1996 to 2000, CEO of the French Coaching Society from 2001 to 2003, since 2002 Gérald de Bourmont has been CEO of Valori SAS and an arbitrator with the Paris Mediation and Arbitration Center (CMAP). Gérald de Bourmont graduated from the Saint-Cyr Military Academy.
Pierre-Antoine Gailly
Born in 1955, Pierre-Antoine Gailly was successively Executive Vice President of games company Nathan SA, President of Poron Diffusion, President and Chief Executive Officer of Le Bon Marché, President and Chief Executive Officer of Desfossés Group, Deputy CEO of Fininfo SA and finally Board Chairman at Bal du Moulin Rouge SA (1999-2005). He is currently Chairman of the Lido Supervisory Board. Pierre-Antoine Gailly was elected President of the Paris Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCIP) in 2011. He is a graduate of top French business school, HEC.
Emmanuelle Poitrinal
Born in 1956, Emmanuelle Bour-Poitrinal was Chief Executive of France’s national stud farm (2002-2007) then Chief Executive of the governing body of national horse racing, «France Galop» (2007-2008); she is currently a member of the Advisory Board for Food, Agriculture and Rural Affairs. Emmanuelle Bour-Poitrinal is a graduate of the Paris-Grignon National Institute of Agronomy. She also qualified as an engineer at the National School of Forestry and Water Engineering.
Maxime Faguer
Born in 1979, Maxime Faguer is Investment Director at FSI (Strategic Investment Fund), which he joined in March 2009 after having been responsible for economic affairs as a member of staff for Luc Chatel, the Secretary of State for Industry and Consumer Affairs at that time. He started his career at Royal Bank of Scotland within the Leveraged Finance team in London and then in Paris, before joining the Paris office of the European Investment Fund, Cognetas, to work on transactions within the food, and industrial industries. Maxime Faguer graduated from HEC, a top business school in France, and has a CEMS Master (University of Saint-Gallen).
Marc Talman
Born in 1953, Marc Talman is an engineer (Ecole Centrale of Lille - 1976) and has a MBA (INSEAD 1981). He began his career in civil and building engineering, but 1981 he joined Courtaulds Coatings Group plc, where he became Board Chairman of the French subsidiary. In 1990, he was transferred to London, where he resided for 15 years, and was appointed Executive Director of the Group. From 1999 to the end of 2008, he was Deputy-CEO of PPG Industries. He is currently Senior Advisor for Private Equity firms in Paris and in London, director of capital-development fund ASCENDI and an Independent Business Consultant. He is an APM expert, Vice-President (elected) of the INSEAD alumni, member of the Circle of Directors, Advisor for France’s Foreign Trade since 1998 and Director of the Helen Keller International foundation.
Christian Burrus
Born in 1959, Christian Burrus is, among other positions, Managing Director and Deputy CEO of Televerbier, Chairman of AFI•ESCA and Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Diot. Christian Burrus has got a degree in law and graduated from HEC Lausanne. He has also got an MBA from the INSEAD.
Olivier Vernejoul
Born in 1972, Olivier Vernejoul started his career in the Bouygues group where he held administrative and financial positions in the ETDE and C2S subsidiaries. He currently manages an investment and holding company. Olivier graduated from ISC Paris School of Management with a master in portfolio management.
Charles de Yturbe
Born in 1974, Charles de Yturbe started his career at L’Oréal. He then became Director of Development before becoming Deputy CEO at SAEF Gestion. In 2008, he launched Eskidea Conseil, a multifamily office specialized in selling and acquiring companies. Charles de Yturbe graduated from EM-Lyon and Harvard University. He also has a degree in history.
Alain Juillet
Born in 1942, Alain Juillet spent his entire career in the food industry, starting in the Pernod-Ricard Group. He was successively CEO of Suchard, then of Union Laitière Normande (ULN), of Générale Ultra Frais (subsequently Novandie /Groupe Andros) and of Groupe France Champignon before concluding his career as President and CEO of Marks and Spencer. In 2002, he was made Executive Director of France’s General Directorate for External Security («DGSE») and then Senior economic intelligence officer at the General Secretariat for National Defense («SGDN») between 2004 and 2009. Alain Juillet graduated from CPA and from Stanford Business School. He is a former auditor of the IHEDN and INHESJ.
André Saint Mleux
Born in 1956, André Saint-Mleux was an insurance broker at Marsh & McLennan in Canada from 1981 to 1989, then in charge of mergers and acquisitions for French Bank Standard Chartered in Paris, then Associate Director at the Vernes Bank. André Saint-Mleux is CEO of Prosodie (since 1998), Deputy CEO of Camelia Participations, a Director at Monaco Telecom and a member of the Supervisory Board of Diot SA. André Saint-Mleux has a degree in mathematics and electronics and graduated as an engineer from the École Centrale des Arts et Manufactures (ECP).

Benjamin Debris
Secretary-General of Windhurst Industries
Born in 1980, Benjamin Debris worked in the accounting/audit firm Fidea, then at Areva within the finance department, before joining Windhurst in 2006. Since 2008 he has also served as advisor to the President of Tifany Industries, and since 2009 he has been on the Supervisory Board of b2s. Benjamin Debris graduated from Audencia Nantes.
